Your options:

  • If you’re looking for legal help but aren’t sure what you need, we offer a 45-minute phone consultation ($165) to talk through your situation and help you work out the next step. We charge for this consultation because we want it to be valuable and meaningful, not just a marketing call. Many people simply need clarity about what to do next — and that’s not something that can be covered in a quick, complimentary chat. Before your consultation, you’ll complete an online questionnaire so we can understand the background to your matter and make the most of our time together. If you’re ready for tailored legal advice rather than general guidance, please book a “Where Do I Start” Consultation instead.

  • Our ‘Where Do I Start’ Consultation ($385) is designed to help you move forward with a clear plan that’s tailored to your family’s needs. During this session, we’ll:

    • Explore different approaches to negotiating property settlements and parenting arrangements.

    • Review your assets, liabilities, and financial resources, and explain how the Family Law Act may apply to you.

    • Discuss parenting arrangements, child support entitlements and obligations, and any specific concerns you have.

You’ll leave with practical advice and a clear understanding of your options — so you can make informed decisions about your next steps.

  • Our Strategy Consultation ($770) provides in-depth, tailored advice for those who are ready to take the next step. In this session, we will:

    • Review the specifics of your situation in detail.

    • Prepare a draft asset and liability schedule with potential property settlement outcomes.

    • Develop a negotiation or mediation strategy tailored to your family’s unique circumstances.

This consultation is ideal if you’ve already separated and need a clear plan for starting negotiations, preparing for mediation, or seeking ongoing representation.

  • Get your property agreement formalized quickly with our FIXED FEE SERVICE. We'll review your agreement to ensure it's just and equitable, and prepare an Application for Consent Orders and Proposed Minute of Consent Orders ($3850, excluding court filing fee of $205 (superannuation splitting orders may result in additional charges). Contact us to take advantage of this service and have peace of mind that your agreement is legally binding.

  • If you're an EXISTING CLIENT and need to progress your matter, you can easily book a meeting with us below. The booking is for an hour, but we only charge for the time we’re on the phone.

During a very stressful and uncertain time I was incredibly grateful for your patience, sensitivity and responsiveness to the individual circumstances of my case. You understood my motivations for the settlement and worked within these parameters to get an outcome we were both happy with.

Having found myself in need of a lawyer for the first time in my life I was totally lost and confused at a time of crisis. I was lucky enough to find Bonnie who guided, advised and supported me. At all times I felt I was in safe hands and felt she was honest and realistic in her advice. She managed to achieve a great outcome for me in the least adversarial manner possible under the circumstances. I highly recommend Bonnie.
